Develop written materials including press releases, program listings, media kits, interview confirmations, tune in alerts, etc. Secure favorable coverage in target media to increase viewership both locally and nationally. Manage the logistics for promotional interviews, including Rachael Ray's talking points. Edit and upload promotional video clips to the website's interface for press requests, publicity appearances, and media outreach. Compile and circulate press clips to the internal team, as well as maintain archives of all press.

Work directly with Emmy award winning Senior Coordinating Producer to create segments from lifestyle "how-to's" to celebrity interviews. Pitch fully developed creative ideas directly to Executive Producers. Handle delegated tasks including acquiring/coordinating props, arranging talent's travel, archiving legal paperwork associated with talent and guests. Maintain budget for segments, and submit P-card expense reports, per diem requests, and reimbursements to accounting.

Pitch potential talent and topical news stories directly to Emmy award winning senior segment producer daily. Research experts in specific fields, relevant current events, and pop culture for possible segments such as Fallonventions, scientists, talented kids, robots, and viral videos. Assist senior producer in-studio during rehearsals and directly with talent.

Work closely with producers to conduct research and collect royalty-free photos for segments. Perform time sensitive tasks on-set; distributed cue-cards to stage managers and crew members. Log and transcribed footage for post production team.

Coordinate directly with executive producer on talent's wardrobe and props on-set. Complete time sensitive tasks for multiple production teams for necessary shoot items including restocking wardrobe, props for segments, etc. Responsible for talent's legal paperwork and release forms on day of taping.
