Claudio Martino

As the dedicated videographer for this company it is my job to shoot and edit videos with research analysts on daily basis which are embedded into analytical reports. In addition to the editing process, I am also responsible for setting up the lights, miking subjects, loading the teleprompter, and operating camera equipment both in our studio utilizing a three camera set-up, and on location during conferences. All editing is done via the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Speedgrade). In my time here I have been responsible for the creation of affiliate studios in both Boston and San Francisco offices capable of shooting video similar to what I do here in New York. I oversaw the purchase and installation of all the equipment (including lights, sound, and video), as well as the training of personnel in each location on how to use every piece of equipment. Their raw footage is sent to me, which I then edit. On occasion I also photograph new employees for their identification cards, utilizing Lightroom and Photoshop to edit out any kinks in the photos.

As the editor for College Now it is my job to compile all the raw footage shot by students during the semester and edit it into presentable material. Part of my duties also include being the designated grip and gaffer on student sets.
