-Operate Pedestal/Handheld/Robotic Cameras, Video, and Video Conferencing for studio productions -Coordinate with directors on blocking, shot composition, pre-production, and show traffic -Continually cross-train in various production roles including Jib, Steadi-Cam, Associate Directing, and Technical Directing -Selected to assist with the on-boarding process of New Hires via ESPN HR "Buddy Program" -Fax and troubleshoot studio equipment/signal flow on a regular basis -Act as Stage Manager/Floor Director and Audio Assist as needed -Master Control Operator for ESPN International -Network Associate Director for live, international productions -Collaborate with Operations Specialists to routinely coordinate and implement new Lamp Inventory procedures across 9 studios -Chaired the 10 person “I Want to Know” Action Team, resulting in 5 new, cross-departmental communication initiatives -Consistently communicate operational issues and suggestions to appropriate staff and management members
