+ Advise personalities by managing their Instagram accounts + Create social media audits, coach and guide personalities in creating content + Create website design and new logo ideas for new website + transfer model portfolios into the new website. + Curate, create, schedule and plan content for models/clients’ instagram accounts weekly + Create graphics for social media and website + Assist, select, plan and schedule for @OneManagement (151k) Instagram + Create weekly & monthly social media performance reports to send to clients + Write copy for client posts and for One Management IG + Create video/photo content of personalities for the company’s online presence + Take polaroids, videos, archive images, photo retouching, ordering prints etc. + Pitch, create, edit develop, publish, and research YouTube video concepts.

+ Execute films from concept to production to post-production to distribution. + Able to create storyboards. + Experience writing scripts for video. + Expertise in designing motion graphics. + Animation capabilities: Aftereffects, Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer. + Photography (Experience: Rotoscoping, animation using digital images, video editing, Knowledge of DSRL + Canon 6D, DSLR Canon 7D, DSLR Canon Mark lll, Sony X70, handheld microphone, lavalier microphone, lighting (pro-light 250w), monopods, video tripods.) + Comfortable recording and editing audio and creating sounds on Garageband. + Hire artists (singers, models, actors..etc) to collaborate on photoshoots and/or productions. + Comfortable negotiating compensation and contracts with artists. + Create set design and props for production. *Links to MORE films UPON REQUEST as they are being submitted to festivals and galleries.*
