Operations Manager and Event Coordinator, Discovery Digital Networks • Building out infrastructure, formulating policies, managing daily operations, planning use of materials, and human resources. • Produced SourceFed Live, two-hour live sketch show from YouTube Space in Los Angeles in February 2015, followed by another in New York in October 2015. Production involved developing segment concepts, coordinating with venues, and hiring contractors. • Organize internal corporate events for employees, including monthly birthdays, happy hours, summer BBQs, holiday parties, Shark Week celebrations, alongside coordinating and speaking at quarterly State of the Union meetings for Digital sector. • Develop content, book travel arrangements, determine budget, and register teams for all conventions, including San Diego Comic-Con, Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3), South by Southwest (SXSW), VidCon, and Fantastic Fest.

Executive Assistant to SVP, Discovery Digital Networks • Managed calendar, scheduling, meetings, expenses, and travel arrangements for Senior Vice President, Philip DeFranco. • Stood as Office Administrator and direct liaison to Discovery Communications, including recruitment and onboarding of new employees, and securing invoices, purchase orders, and payment for all contractors. • Coordinated venues and box office, scheduled travel, and managed on-demand Vimeo distribution for DeFranco Does, two-hour live show and Q&A starring Philip DeFranco, Joe Bereta, and Steve Zaragoza, which sold out venues in Phoenix, Dublin, Chicago, Los Angeles, Toronto, and Vancouver. • Developed, wrote, produced, and co-hosted three episodes of my own series, Legit Fun, on SourceFedNerd. Concept: venture out of studio and take viewers to various Americana events, such as Renaissance Pleasure Faire and Halloween haunted mazes.

Production Coordinator • Worked with producers to build the pitch for SourceFed, a news comedy channel tailored to millennial audience, after approached by Google in 2011 to submit ideas for long-form content on YouTube. Subsequently funded with one million dollar budget. • Instrumental in casting on-screen talent, hired editors, finalized negotiations with legal team on Google contract, and recruited and managed intern program. • Continued show development, coordinated schedules, and recruited personnel after Google provided additional funding for SourceFedNerd in late 2012. Channel's agenda: cover movie, television, and geeky fandom news in SourceFed's signature style. • Worked as right hand to owner Philip DeFranco as his production company and supplemental merchandising company, ForHumanPeoples, continued to grow. Stood as direct liaison to accountants, lawyers, and building management. • By June 2013, company had grown from four personnel to forty and was purchased by Discovery Communications, joining the DNews team in San Francisco to form Discovery Digital Networks.

Office Production Assistant • Standard PA duties, such as stocking inventory and office supplies, purchasing groceries, pickups, deliveries, and other day-to-day support operations. • Converted the entire Carsey-Werner library of ¾" videotapes to DVD as part of an archival media project. • Shipped 25th Anniversary DVD box sets of The Cosby Show to all audience members present for a taping of The Oprah Winfrey Show. • Performed receptionist duties, including answering phones, directing visitors, organizing mail, and managing messages.
