I was in charge of truck and props rental. I built the set of which the pilot was show. Handled the art department budget. I was in charge of all grip and electric work

Season 2 I worked in the post production department. Oversaw the pick up and delivery of final to air dubs and kept track of the departments files, and assets. Also included logging tapes, and transcribing specific scene's to meet our producer's request. Highly detail orientated, have an exceptional ability to focus.

Opening office, scheduling meetings, maintaining files, taking notes, and assisting the producer at home whenever possible.

Open office, maintain kitchen, heavy phone answering, making copies, shooting schedules, lunch orders, assisting the producers in multiple task where attention to detail is critical. scheduling pick ups, delivery of office cuts, payroll, and office supplies. Assisting every single department on the stage. Everything from construction projects to wardrobe continuity.

Heavy phone answering, constant manual labor, extreme attention to detail, and handling time sensitive materials.

Scheduling, coordinating, assembling contracts, budgeting production cost, maintaining files, ordering supplies, scheduling travel. Heavy phone answering, creating documents, and inventory.

Everything from gofer work to APOC. My responsibilities on this show exceed the title of production assistant.
