General Coordinator duties. POs, CRs, CCs, create and maintain production books, data input, track purchases and inventory, manage a team of PAs, hire PAs, troubleshoot problems on set, delegate tasks to PAs. Wrap out production paperwork.

Coordinate crew travel, hotels, meals. Distribute per diem. Pick up rentals. Production paperwork. Set up and tear down base camp. Manage PAs. Collect invoice and start paperwork. Assist producers.

Prep and build cameras, responsible for shot media, oversee other camera assistants.

Manage media from 6 c300, 48 robo cams, XDCAM, and 3 5Ds using Shotput Pro. Ship media to post via courier and FedEx. Log/track all media and hard drives. Responsible for getting daily footage backed up and sent to Post. Operate 5D for day to night timelapses and assist on b-roll shoots.

Created and maintained friendships with local music venues, musicians, promoters, and restaurants. Invoicing, bookkeeping, and accounting. Created/produced/shot/edited 200+ hours of content.

Shoot and edit highlights for high school sports. Operated camera and edited baseball, football, and basketball on a weekly basis for 5 years/seasons.
