• Supervised the progress of the project from production to post production • Created the schedule for the production days, and coordinated talent and crew to stay on schedule. • Generated the budget for the production and managed to stay under the budget limit. • Managed all props, equipment, and casting according to the breakdown of the scripts. • Designed sets for some of the scenes being shot, and directed talent.

•Assisted in the development and coordination of the production for television commercials for two different clients. •Worked directly with the Unit Production Manager and Line Producer.

•Assist in the process of developing the first channel for ConvergTV, The Venture Channel, which includes the acquisitions of travel-oriented shows, as well as the acquisition of possible media distribution companies. •Act as In-House Producer for independent producers of ConvergTV. Working in assisting with postproduction work for their episodic or short documentary television show. •Create a weekly schedule, which includes the rotation of 64 television shows for The Venture Channel. •Responsible for leading a team of 4 Employees in programming the weekly schedule for The Venture Channel. •Participate in all aspects of company growth and final decision-making, including the development of two new channels.

•Responsible for working with the camera, lighting, sound, wardrobe, sets, props and make-up departments to ensure continuity errors did not happen. •Created memorandums of all of the details required in recreating the continuity of a particular scene, location, or action. Documented the duration of the take into a daily editor log, and the director's comments on any particular take as to whether it is a “no good” take, a “hold” take, or a “print” take.
