● Booked panel guests on the show, primarily in the categories of television, web series, authors, chefs, models, politicians, & various special interest areas. ● Booked talent for comedy bits by our writers. ● Sent out web content pitches to publicists for online exclusives to go on our Emmy Award winning TonightShow.com website.

● Arranged all talent logistics for show panel guests (including sending booking confirmation letters & call sheets, booking car service, additional travel as needed, compiling the security list, arranging hair & makeup call times, etc.). ● Greeted talent, escorted them to studio; Served as main point of contact for publicists/management inquiries.

● Primary day-to-day coordinator for EVP of talent & events, who also served as EP of various special events across multiple channels (Comedy Central, Spike, TV Land, VH1, & MTV). ● Live event experience includes: The Comedy Awards, Guy’s Choice Awards, Scream Awards, Video Game Awards, TV Land Awards, AFI Life Achievement Award.

● Coordinated client meetings and auditions for talent, sent out client reels to potential buyers, tracked client calendars, and updated submission grids for the department. ● Daily correspondence with high-profile clients and network buyers. ● Filed monthly expense reports and arranged extensive travel. ● Maintaining the agent’s Outlook calendar and contacts.

● Primary intern for Music Coordinator, along with assisting Max Weinberg & his band, and guest band or musician on the show each day. ● Escorted guest band on the show each day to rehearsals, hair & makeup, and to Late Night show taping; Copied and distributed music contracts. ● Liaised with talent’s transportation.
