Delaney McHugo

As producer, it was my responsibility to contact all crew and cast to check their availability and then update them on shoot details, scheduling and call times. I acquired the equipment and props and was actively in contact with head team members to make sure all would go smoothly on production days. I created a PR team and oversaw our social media accounts to make sure our voice was consistent and true to the show. I was also heavily involved with the writing of the show and dedicated many hours to brainstorming story ideas. Lastly, I acted as a production coordinator on set, sometimes filling in for the boom and audio operator, and was able to offer any and all support to my team.

While abroad in Denmark, I was able to produce, shoot and edit the Spring Yearbook video for my program's PR team. I assisted the Marketing Coordinator and her team in designing promotional materials for website. I was also in charge of delegating responsibilities and setting deadlines for other student videographers and their projects.
