3D SHOW: Was in charge of script breakdowns that assisted art department in pulling props. On set coordinated 1st and 2nd shooting teams and made sure each department was working together and time was spent shooting was done efficiently. Helped with the delivering of shows to post houses for finishing.

On this show, I was the PA responsible for transporting the Talent. Being a Docu/Reality show people from across the country were flown into LAX and I was in charge of pickup and transport of them from airport to hotel and to the studio where interviews were shot.

Working closely with the AD/Production Manager, I assisted with Film LA Permiting, casting, prop rental/creation and research. On shooting days, I was in charge of prop wrangling, wardrobe/makeup and additional PA duties like Craft Services, area lockdown.

As a PA, I was generally left in charge of Craft services and the ordering/pickup of meals. In addition was given various crew tasks on set which included lighting, art department and sometimes on-screen acting. In the office helped with logging and assisted with casting duties.

As a Set and Office PA responsibilities included setting up shoot days and managing meals, transcribing VO, research, talent transport, prop wrangling and assisting the editors in post.
