• Manage relationships with both full-time and freelance labor • Maintain an on-going recruitment effort to hire skilled audiovisual professionals • Schedule and optimize workforce calendar for a multitude of events across the Midwest • Coordinate trucking logistics including hiring and training commercial drivers • Ensure labor has all information necessary to execute a successful event

• Support classroom technology in 45+ classrooms across the Academic Health Center campus • Responsible for both proactive classroom support along with “911” classroom issue response • Work closely with U of M's coordinate campuses in the effective delivery of distance education • Serve as contact for all classroom technology issues • Provide on-the-spot or scheduled training on classroom equipment • Work proactively with event coordinators to provide a high-level of technology support • Provide technical support for Interactive Television operations for classrooms • Computer-based testing facilities oversight

• Coordinate audio visual needs for events • Hire, train, and manage part-time staff • Operate sound board at athletics facilities • Audio support for Gophers and Vikings football games • Project estimation and coordination
