I manage load-in, load out, all tech departments and lead on Wardrobe Dept on international tour with a 9 dancers, a 3 person tech/ management team. I communicate all scheduling, break times, manage union expectations/rules and I call every cue for the rotation of 9 pieces, averaging 25 minutes each, throughout the tour.

I manage local crew to unpack, launder, prep and do fixes on wardrobe for 9 pieces of choreography on tour throughout the world during 2015.

I expedited all development and immersive experience rides for Immersive Tech insiders. I assisted our company to place our immersive occulus flying ride, Airflow, into their conventions. I drove communication while our head executive was out on location, building the immersive experience aspect of a TV game show.

I oversee all performance demands for 8 fully realized performance pieces of New Original Works, including managing schedules, tech load-in and load-out of each show, and calling all internal light, video and sound cues during performances. The festival lasts for 3 weeks at REDCAT and hosts new operas, dance, and interdisciplinary works.

My role has included assisting DJs, musicians and dancers have a smooth performance by managing schedules, vendors, security, an audio and lighting team to fulfill all event needs. During our 4th of July celebration, I managed the Soulnic stage and contributed to the safety and connected experience of 22,000 attendees.

Orchestrated company movement through the park, sign in/out, audience navigation, assisting with sound and lighting cues, and break down of lighting equipment.

I built and operated a fake blood squirting effect. We then doubled the shot in glitter, both liquid and dry, gushing from our stab glitter rig.

I hired running crew, managed teleprompter, sound, spots, and lighting tech. I assisted with proof reading publicity, front of house, security briefing, and talk-backs. Constant lighting and video cue adjustments and calling of the one-man show starring Val Kilmer as M. Twain.

I assisted casting, facilitated payroll, rehearsal reports, following union guidelines, maintaining safety and the directors vision while running a 20 person crew and a cast of dancers, designers, producer and education team. I called the cues for all lighting, video and audio.

I storyboarded, art directed, built all the art, animated and directed the photography for the 3 minute stop motion commercial. I also engineered & mixed all the music.

I designed the look to meet the directors needs, building many props out of 7up packaging including label hair bows, a Can-Man Dash Bobble, rings, and belt buckles. Dressed the sets, decorated the inside of a moving car, flowed direction and built objects as needed. Eli Green Director.

Talent management, got talent to and from holding, makeup, hair, wardrobe, food etc. Kept underage talent in maximal hours with tutor and minimal hours on set. Assisted with car dept.

Posted Voice Over sides for over 56 characters for animated series. Screened demos, narrowed selections, booked audition studio. Managed casting flow for director per part. Confirmed casting with talent.

Designed and built one costume, assisted with fitting Rebecca Hall for one look. Gelled lights, rigged stands.
