Prepare and manage guests prior to their appearance on the show. Research topics relevant to each show taping, reference with relevant sources. Develop episodic show materials that are delivered to all departments involved in the show (collect, draft, format). Aid producer in writing scripts. Liaison between production team and all other departments in the production office. Coordinate taping schedules with segment directors and producers. Aiding in these shoots when necessary. Handling confidential and sensitive information.
