Checking audience members in, vax verification, organizing, prepping, placing in stands, guiding to event locations.

1st team and general set PA duties

Set Pa duties, greens and floral, set dec, and props.

Typical 1st, 2nd, and CCO blended roles- skeleton crew. Basically I was most of the AD dept. Scheduled, coordinated with HODs, ran production meetings, established and maintained Covid-19 safety requirements to be in accordance with SAG/ RTW stipulations. Call sheet creation and distribution. Adjusted schedules based on shot lists, etc.

General PA duties, Set Dec

Associate Producer for Divorce Court, Season 23, television’s longest running court show.

Staff BG PA: managed up to 230 BG- RABS vouchers, Running BG through works, etc.

Background vouchers, running BG through works/ wardrobe, Liaison for VFX company Scanable, set PA.

1st Team PA- managed daily schedule of 8 talent; coordinated w/ HMUA, costumes, director, AD Dept, producers, catering, etc.

Procure locations for filming. Contact owners and film commissions. Develop relationships with city representatives, photograph buildings, parking lots, streets, etc. and negotiate rates and dates for filming.

Created/ Posted breakdowns and sourced auditions. Managed ecocasts and zoom callback sessions, offers, etc.

Assist in sourcing crew, equipment, location scouts and negotiations, casting, managing call sheets, contracts, paperwork, Covid and union compliance, etc.

Call sheets, managing releases and paperwork, prop runs, coordinating cast and crew w/ regards to timing and location, wardrobe, SFX make-up, etc.

Assist in PA duties- moving tents, prepping meal areas, delivering items to set, Covid compliance

General PA duties- helped art department with set dressing, clearing rooms, setting up meal tables and chairs, Covid compliance, prop/ supply runs, etc.

Script Breakdown, Scheduling, Budgeting, Coordinating, Locations.
