After a year as a Temp in the Maintenance Dept., Bimbo offered me the opportunity to join their Management team. As Manufacturing Associate I was the administrative hub of the plant's Production department. Responsibilities included: generating daily Production Schedules, coordinating Union Bid (Job) movement, overseeing company Hearing Conservation Program, member of Training Team, facilitator of OSHA training and New Hire Orientation, and tracking of various production data.
