I transcribed raw interview footage for editing.

I transcribed the film for fact-checking, etc. I also assisted in the design of the movie's poster.

Daily, I communicated between talent, crew and directors (two directors), including maintaining schedule and order on the set. I also sent out the daily Call Sheet. Since this was a student film, I filled in the gaps wherever needed. I also handled all of craft service, phoned talent, companies, etc, helped with auditions, set design -- anything and everything! Since we had a lot of children in this production, I also regulated health and safety closely.

I cast all talent via talent agencies and independently. I sourced all props (nearly 40 items, in all sizes). I also coordinated the delivery and pick up of all large props. Also, I sourced the make-up artist for the shoot. Finally, during the two days of shooting, I was a production assistant.

Whatever was handed to me! I helped coordinate forms, booked travel for talent, craft service coordination, copy & review of sides. Really --- anything thrown at me in the moment, I was happy to problem solve the heck out of it.
