Source, hire, train, and oversee post-production team. Write, maintain, update, and distribute all post-production training documents. Develop and supervise appropriate workflows for media life cycle, from dailies, through editing, to mastering and archival. Identify project’s equipment and technology needs, and manage all systems, services, and tools—including maintaining centralized server, and helping troubleshoot any issues on team machines. Manage post-production calendar and staff scheduling, calculating effects of timeline adjustments on budget and staffing needs. Supervise and track edits, VFX, Music, and Graphics, liaising with cross-functional teams and ensuring vendors have access to all needed materials. Provide access to cuts and materials for clients and producers, ensuring reviews are completed in a timeline manner—tracking notes and solutions. Compile and deliver all final outputs and legal documents (cue sheets, budget overages, etc), following QC processes through completion.
