• Manage numerous projects and workflow for Marketing and Creative teams • Create and maintain budgets, SOWs, track and reconcile vendor invoices, call sheets, insurance and legal clearances including ADA • Develop and ensure all processes, deadlines and timelines are adhered to • Support in hiring/on-boarding all new contractors and vendors while supervising needs • Provide excellent logistics & allocating appropriate resources with grace under pressure • Supervising video and audio teams from initial brief through final delivery of all assets • Leading daily team meetings and providing direction to department

- Produce commercials, branded content and product videos - Provide successful timely delivery for over 100 videos - Creates and maintains extensive budgets, financial forecasts and financial management issues - Liaison between internal teams and client/agency to assure balancing quality, cost, schedule and client expectations - Lead the production team to ensure proper processes and practices are adhered to throughout each project's lifecycle - Supervise the Editors and post production team - Manage crew/staff
