• Producing Projects include: Full Videos (heavy in 3D/Motion Graphics/Animations with SFX, VO & Music), Interactive & Immersive Experiences, Kiosk Games, Mobile Games, Large Scale Murals & Interactive Touch Screen Presentations, Apps & Oculus, OTOY, Samsung & Native VR Experiences Works closely with Executive Producer & Account Management to ensure deadlines, budgets and deliverables are met. • Conducts and/or organizes research for projects; gathers information from available sources; organizes and summarizes results in an accurate and reliable form. • Organizes and coordinates artists, assets and other needs for productions. • Manages multiple projects under tight deadlines. • Provides timely updates on production schedules; track deliverables, production milestones, production issues and/or changes to Executive Producer. • Execute quality assurance procedures to minimize production errors.

Responsible for maintaining clarity of project information and good channels of communication between production, editorial, design and programming staff. • it is a pivotal role in ensuring that the production pipeline is manageable, achievable and that all deadlines are met. • Monitor resource allocation, track progress of production and review factors, which affect production schedules. • Assist producers in allocating the correct resources for projects, pending scope and life of the project. • Implement process and procedure within the production department. • Collaborate with department managers to best fill the needs of each project. • Define and implement continuous production pipeline improvement through refining the process and applying best practices with the production team. • Support production staff as needed to ensure fulfillment of project requirements.

Test software for reliability, consistency and absence of product defects. Compile reports of defects or design issues found during testing. Identify and isolate issues with pre-release entertainment software. Work with other Testers, Leads and Supervisors on executing test scripts and completing assignments given by Project Leads.

Supports the set and assistant director through lock-ups, managing extras, helping in company moves or crowd control, collecting paperwork and out times for the crew, passing out scripts and call sheets, escorting actors to and from set and help loading and unloading equipment. Familiar with collect releases.

• Produce TV productions, radio broadcast, & digital for Hispanic & general markets. • Negotiate and book talent • Familiar with music rights & media-buys. • Produce estimates based on approved budgets. • Provide calendars/timelines for clients • Manage project from beginning to end with minimal to no overages in budget or within 10% of client allowed budget range.
