Digital Media Specialist (aka Digitizer) in the Multimedia Ingest Room at ABC News. Responsibilities include: ingesting footage and other media from a myriad of tape-based and tapeless sources to Avid Interplay server; quality checking ingested media to ensure technical standards are met; and routing and recording feeds from voiceover booth, edit bays, studios, production routers, and Avid Airspeeds to Interplay and XDCAM discs upon request from producers, production assistants, editors, and digital operations managers

Oversaw execution and budget for an award-winning, low-budget music video for Jack Romanov, an indie rock band based in East Boston, MA. Also served as Assistant Director during principal photography. Supervised post-production from ingest to editing to color correction. Shared editing duties with director. Oversaw final export for FTP transfer to distributor for VEVO and YouTube streaming. Won the Outstanding Short Video award at Emerson College's 35th Annual EVVY Awards in May 2016.

Advised director and key crew on purchasing and utilization of on-set storage and media management practices. Oversaw syncing of dailies by assistant editor. Worked with colorist and sound designer to ensure technical standards were met for outputting pictured-locked sequence for additional finishing in Pro Tools and DaVinci Resolve. Married sound mix and color graded timeline for final master export for 2K theatre screening and Internet streaming. Won the Outstanding Cinematic Achievement award (akin to Best Picture) at Emerson College's 35th Annual EVVY Awards.
