As a Sr. Script Coordinator, I oversee the script department. Create control room scripts, quick rundowns, long rundowns, element sheets, audio charts. Create and manage the production schedule. Time the show. Take booth notes. Oversee script changes. Create a line of communication between the directing team, producing teams, PM team, art team, post team & graphics team. Trouble Shoot technical and logistical obstacles in advance. Fill in for Tape AD as needed, coordinating graphic and tape elements.

The EVVYs is the largest student-run multi-cam production in the nation. The show will air on May 10th. I am one of three Assistant Directors and I will be responsible for directing the content that appears on the huge screen on stage.
