In addition to normal Production Coordinator responsibilities, I was in charge of organizing and calculating crew and SAG payroll, maintaining POs in the budget (Showbiz), and coordinating Travel.

Worked as an Accounting Clerk for AP, as well as Payroll Assistant. Managed files, processed payroll, calculated portions of cost reports by building detailed Excel spreadsheets.

Minneapolis Unit: Assisted the Production Coordinator and Supervisor in talent contract creation, organizing crew payroll, transportation, catering, shipping, and editing production reports. I helped manage a team of four Office PAs, efficiently setting up systems to organize office procedures on a short timeline. Los Angeles: Worked in the Accounting office organizing payroll, purchase orders, and archiving all production accounting materials.

Responsible for organizing SAG cast paperwork, crew payroll, creating and editing Production Reports, and maintaining relationships with vendors. Clearly communicated information between Producers, crew, cast, and vendors on a daily basis.

Aided Production Coordinator in organizing the Production Office. Created Purchase Orders, contacted vendors, and facilitated interdepartmental communication. Created and executed delivery of final Production Memo, delivered departmental continuity binders, and organized and packaged final documents to Fox Searchlight's Post Team.
