I managed the band members and extras and coordinated with the crew to make sure that our production moved forward in a timely fashion.

I coordinated the band members and coordinated the extras to help our production move along in a timely fashion. I took the production report and managed the set while our first assistant director was away from set.

I was responsible for coordinating with hair makeup and wardrobe to get KMIchelle to set in a timely fashion. I coordinated the extras. I stepped in to run the set when our 1st AD has to step off of set.

I acquired location permits. Broke down and sent out sides to actors and crew. Supported the Production Manager by helping deal with all administrative duties including acquiring international filming permits for shipping equipment overseas with staffing changes in crew and scheduling working out scheduling conflicts

I scheduled the shoot. Broke down the treatment and prepared a shooting schedule. Scouted the locations with our Director, DP, Producer and Locations Manager to make the shooting schedule. I coordinated all departments so that our shoot ran in in a timely fashion.
