Drove the principal cast to every shooting location while a Camera Op. was shooting the cast as they conversed in the vehicle to each location.

Short-Form Commercial Segments, responsible for distributing releases to the background while on set, taking photos every individual who signed a release, locking up the set and following any instructions related to on and off set duties.

Shadowed and assisted the Producers. Responsible for creating and maintaining an Expense Report from the Petty Cash that was distributed. Shipped film. Catered to all of the departments and made excessive runs throughout the shooting dates. Helped set-up and strike equipment each day.

Carried out key tasks that were assigned by the Producers. Assisted the Grip Department by managing the lighting for the key talent. Drove the crew to each location and once wrapped back to their hotel. Assisted with moving equipment (per DPs permission)Assisted with Prop set up/tear down

Assisted the Stage Manager by serving as a script supervisor and stand-in for talent. Presented sides and stage directions to the talent. Rehearsed and reviewed sides with the talent. Contributed to making sure the live event was executed well.

Assisted the Assistant Director by escorting the contestants to and from set. Traveled to the contestants’ hotel to coordinate and gather them onto the 15-passanger vehicle that lead to the set location. Monitored the contestants while they were in holding.

Transported crew-members to their next hotel location out of state. An eight-hour round-trip.

Personally assisted the Production Coordinator in planning, organizing, and executing the daily run of events. Adhered to administrative duties by answering and making phone calls, making excessive copies of the call-sheets/sides/etc. and going on production runs.

Assisted the Production Coordinator in gathering information and confirmations pertaining to the shoot. Responsible for driving crew-members to and from location(s). Made pick-ups and deliveries.
