Along with Executive Producer produced a 10-minute sizzle about ​Together Live​ to be pitched. Duties included: Prepping documents such as a shot list, material releases, and interview questions for shoot day. Produced a field camera and audio team to shoot b-roll and man on the street style interviews with fans. ‣ Built a highly in-depth paper cut of shots, interview, and b-roll for Editor. Kept detailed notes of all b-roll tape. ‣ Other tasks include researching talent and creative plans, pitching ideas, problem-solving, sourcing and securing shoot locations, worked with art departments to produce props and set decor for each segment or episode.

‣Part of a team of producers and editors working to source, clear, and edit footage of popular movies, celebs, and pop culture content to create a fun and energizing spots designed to drive fans to vote for the People’s Choice Awards categories. Spots were cleared for broadcast and online campaign. ‣ Duties included: Corresponding and negotiating with studio publicity teams and studio licensers to arrange use, terms, and of footage used. Kept a clear and hyper organized tracker of content being cleared and used for each asset.

Worked closely with a team of producers and writers to produce and prep field shoots and in studio pieces like: celebrity interviews, comedy sketches, and behind the scenes extras. Other tasks include researching talent and creative, pitching ideas, sourcing shoot locations, worked with art departments to produce props and set decor. Teamed up with segment producers to build the shoot day schedule, cast background and minor talent roles, finding wardrobe and prepping contracts for actors and background talent. Prepped and edit show day scripts for studio episodes. Built modern and easy to use web content like this website and social media accounts.

● Research the guests for the upcoming week’s episodes to determine their most popular/well known projects or, an upcoming project they are promoting, and collaborate with the rest of the TWCH staff to determine the best possible prop giveaways and set art to pitch to EPs ● Within my allotted budget I source options online to recreate the approved props, from fake swords, to a retro portable karaoke machine, to giveaways for our audience question askers. ● Budget permitting, I’ll source and design custom items in-house to get one of kind props for the show. ● Set Art- I pitch set art options based on the most popular projects. We often source these photos from a stock photo site, however if we can’t find the right image we will draw inspiration from the fan base of that project. ● Coordinate with the post production team about when locked cuts must be sent to the network and schedule enough time for EP’s to watch each cut of an episode. ● Occasionally, I will assist EP’s and Supervising producers in edits for episodes, press and highlight clips. ● Coordinate with our set dressing team to determine where the set art will hang, what small items we use on set, and prop giveaway placement. ● Distribution of the TWCH scripts to staff and network for show day. ● Proof podbusters to double check that grammar and information is correct.

● Build a daily schedule for each producer which includes when they need to meet with EP’s, what they need to meet about, and the urgency in which they need to meet. ● Acts as a “middleman” for anyone who has questions for or about the EP’s. Sometimes this means assisting maintenance staff, guests, or answering simple questions from the staff. ● Create a schedule for EP’s of any calls and meetings they may have that day. This includes coordinating times, places, and assets with assistants, PR and publicists. ● Build, prepare, and maintain the EP’s binders of daily documents that need approval as well as a show day binder with scripts, schedules, and questions. This binder acts as each show’s “bible” and needs to be updated daily with new revisions and notes. Documents follow a specific format for each subject in the binder. ● Keep an up to date show board and production calendar for EP’s. This includes keeping a constant update of new/possible/or cancelled guests, the possible in show packages, and any promotions we’ll be required to include in the episode. ● The occasional food or errands run. ● Assist our Social Media Producer by pulling questions from Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram and then help determine where they will fit best within the show. This can be a daily task as we’re always engaging with the community. ● Once questions are found, I assist in placing the question into acts based on where the questions will fit best into the show. ● Post show, I maintain an Asked Question document to make sure we never mistakenly ask the same question, or feature the same users too often. ● Build out show day host cards with the approved social questions, including any changes that occur throughout the day. Cards often go through at least three versions before we go live. ● Correspond with fans that send in fan art/ cosplay to get their information and releases. Often this means communicating with a fans who aren’t familiar with TV releases. ● Choose fan art/ cosplay based on that weeks episode and/or highlights our guests on the couch. ● Make sure these graphics get to our Graphics person, and follow up on any changes to get the image on-air ready. Editorial Assistance Each week I write dozens of suggestions for In Memoriam death titles, as well as dozens of end tags. When able, I also help suggest potential polls for on-air and commercials. Live Show Responsibilities Fresh Buzz/ Dead Buzz ● Correspond with AMC to access BOX photos from the upcoming episode. Choose photos based on the best spacing and sizing to fit tweets, while focusing on moments that will resonate with fans. ● Pull tweets from fans that feature fun theories, jokes, puns, or other interesting information while still referencing the photos chosen for Fresh Buzz. ● Maintain a detailed log of the tweets to make sure we don’t use the same handles. Reaction Cards ● Pitch to our Senior and Social Media Producers moments from the current week’s episode that will garner the biggest reactions from the fans. This becomes our Reaction Cards. Together we suggest where each Reaction Card’s results can be revealed in the live show. ● During the TWD/ FTWD episode and up until we’re wrapped on Talking Dead, I pull the tweets that correspond with our approved reactions and build out Reaction Cards to read during the show. There’s a very limited time to get these reactions so it’s important to balance Host Cards with Reaction Cards.

I was a freelance videographer for the magazine Black Hair Sophisticates, I shot their booth at America Beauty Show 2014

Hiring crew, arranging transportation, equipment rental. I had the job of making sure the day to day operation ran smoothly, whether it be working with extras, craft runs, or general maintenance.

My job included prepping the green room for guest, take guest to set, work with the floor manager to run the floor of the show. Often time I would get to participate in field producing and segment producing i.e. finding on camera talent and pitching segment ideas.
