Tengo Talento Mucho Talento: (Talent Competition Show) I had various duties and responsibilities throughout the season. Each season consists of six months and we did two seasons per year.
In the office on a day to day basis, I handled calls for Executive Producer Mauro Micolich, Respond to a numerous amount of emails, Send and receive faxes, Run errands, And review stock of necessary equipment and supplies.
In Pre-Production: Travel with small crew throughout various states holding auditions. Handle Rules/Release forms during auditions for participants. While recording, I organize crew calls by using daily crews from our freelance database for each day of recording. Distribute and control petty cash for our days of recording that can surpass $50,000 weekly. Produce check requests, check receipts, purchase orders, invoices and deal with vendors. Create daily production sheets, crew logs, timesheets, and time cards in the Paychex system.
In Production: While arriving early on a day of recording I start by preparing production assistants to fulfill their duties. Check and replenish all dressing rooms to provide each celebrity/talent with needs and wants. Review food delivery and make sure it is set up. Stay on top of talent being on set and in their dressing rooms ready for recording. While recording, I keep track of cast and crew. Complete any mission or issues that come up and prepare for breaks. Once the show is wrapped, I stay with production assistants to clean the set and the dressing rooms and make sure everyone and everything leaves the set without any issues.
In Post-Production: Assist for promos and run tapes to master control so we can air that evening. Keep Twitter and Instagram updated with behind the scenes footage and pictures during our east coast airing.
Programs: PayChex, Microsoft Office, Quicktime, Photoshop, Outlook, and Avid.
