As senior producer for Complex digital video I shoot, edit and produce video pieces, as well as write the accompanying article. I create the budget, hire any necessary crew, come up with creative and ensure that the execution is complete and posted to the site. I edit with Adobe Premier and I shoot with the Fs7 and C300.

Write, edit and produce quick-turn original video content for SI.com and SI Wire, Sports Illustrated’s digital video division and social media platforms. I cover daily breaking news as well as major events such as the Super Bowl.

Produced live and edited packages for 106 & Park, BET's flagship show. Won an NABJ "Salute to excellence" award for "The Tragedy of Trayvon Martin". I spent a week documenting Martin's family in New York, Sanford and Washington, D.C. Conducted interviews with politicians at the 2012 Democratic National Convention.

Traveled to Atlanta to cover the 2014 Neighborhood Awards hosted by Steve Harvey. I booked the event as well as produced segments for the entire weekend and edited a package for www.theroot.com. I interviewed Steve Harvey, actor Hill Harper, Tracee Ellis Ross and the honorees.

Producer for MTV’s "Get Schooled" and the White House initiative "Race to the Top Commencement Challenge" to find the public school that best prepared its students for life after graduation. I traveled to Pittsburgh and produced a video that aired on MTV and www.whitehouse.gov.

Produced segments that aired on NBC News and TheGrio.com including traveling to Jena, Louisiana for the "Jena 6" and interviews with celebrities including LeBron James and Bono. Traveled to Australia for a month to cover the "Stolen Generation", documenting an Aboriginal family as they tried to reconnect with their roots.
