 Provided direct support to the Line Producer & Production Managers.  Responsible for appointing and managing a team of several Production Assistants.  Completing tasks such as: booking travel, updating contact lists, vendor sourcing, creating purchase orders, and preparing petty cash reports.  Scheduling and liaising with several different catering companies for crew meals.

Transporting talent and crew to and from locations. Assisted in the field with appearance release forms.

Provided support to Associate Producer and Story Producers. Researched archival news photos and videos, assisted in preparing music que sheets.

Responsible for stocking and replenishing crafty tables, preparing talent dressing rooms, and escorting guest talent on set.

Worked closely with Producers and Editors. Performed tasks such as researching show talent, compiling interview questions, sourcing archival videos and photos, preparing final deliverable documents, and miscellaneous assignments as needed.
