-Project leader responsible for the following, but not limited to kick-off, final pre pros, call sheets, budgets, research, casting support, script reviews, spreadsheets, presentations, note-taking, production schedules, etc. -Produce all assigned shoots on on-set. Manages or supports production load-in/strike. -Collaborate with Production Management in assembling or suggesting production crews, logistics, crew lists, etc. -Plan and draft schedules for film shoots, coordinate travel schedules. -Liaise alongside talent and talent teams with professionalism and discretion. -Scout locations and studios. Coordinate any walkthroughs or site visits. -Manage or support the post-production process, responsible for collecting all creative notes through the process, and ensuring deadlines are being met. Requirements are, but are not limited to: schedules, paper-cuts, hand-off emails, selects, graphics, music, rough cuts, fine cuts, final narration, and final versions. -Manage Associate Producer in day to day tasks assisting Producer.
