An entertainment company focused on the development, production and distribution of compelling short form entertainment properties. Worked on shows through all stages of production, pre-production through post production. Currently in the third season of launch property, "What'Cha Got" with Major League Soccer. A new competition property that profiles sports and entertainment personalities and their automotive character. What'Cha Got has aired on FOX, FS1 and ESPN2. *Managed a $380K budget spanning over 14 locations and 50+ vendors *Cut in-home spending for “What’Cha Got” by 50% from Season 2 to Season 3 *Project Management, build out overall project scope and scheduling grid looking at entire project from pre thru post production. Identifed opportunities to be more efficient than previous season *Responsible for researching and casting 14 competitors per season working directly with athletes, agents, teams and league *Location scouting to host driving course competition; location agreements, insurance, permitting *Organized efficient competition shoot scheduling 14 competitors through the What’Cha Got road course in 5 days. Booked travel, managed on the ground logistics, direct point of contact for talent * Managed entire aspect of in-home shoots, worked with talent for scheduling, hired 24 person crew to cover 12 locations, booked travel, local equipment orders, created call sheets, daily shoot schedules *Organized accounts payable, including crew payroll, for Producer to ensure timely and current standing with all vendors. *Marketing and Promotions; worked with athletes, agents and teams to promote the show, developed overall marketing plan, PR and social strategy that would best fit individual athlete and team platforms and strategies for greatest impact. Managed MLS Cup and AllStar Halftime and pregame activations to best present the show, writing scripts for on field presentations and ESPN/FOX interviews
