Tracked production costs, hired and coordinated travel for crew, management of master and mirror assets in-house and those used and transported out in the field, coordinating the purchasing of gear for shoots, wrote call-sheets, coordinated transcription services for editor and assistant editors, coordinated the travel of media assets to post-production houses (color, sound master etc.) among other post-production support duties, co-field produced sports documentary series concept tape for major network, contributed archival research footage for ESPN documentary series, The Collectors and several smaller developmental projects . As a development assistant I thoroughly researched and wrote countless pitches, treatments and decks for documentary (short and feature-length) and reality television projects, including researching and writing treatments for documentary competition submission, writing grant proposals on behalf of feature-length documentary, STEP, to documentary fundraising programs, helped to cast prospective talent throughout development process via phone and skype interviews, scheduled in-person interviews and meetings for Head of Development regarding key talent, assisted in writing pilot script for high-concept history / reenactment reality television project

Working with Casting Director and Casting Associate Producer, researched, contacted and interviewed via telephone, email and skype dozens of prospective subjects across United States using resources from social media, journalists to cold-calling community organizations to find compelling characters for a feature-length documentary on the importance and emotional connection of people with the power to vote; coordinated the securing of location and appearance releases across wide-ranging states and cities where shooting took place; managing the travel of master and mirror assets from the field to the main office

Researching archival footage from major television news, broadcasting outlets and independent filmmakers for use in The Collectors short film series

Organizing, compiling and filling releases (location, talent, production etc.); deliverance of final cut files between office and post production house; keeping detailed record of production music cues & time codes; helped completion of legal wrapbook
