Production Coordinator in Casting: All logistics for crew and producer travel including flights, hotels, and car Transpo. Facilitating all crew per diems and ensuring their paperwork is filled and submitted correctly. Running lead on the rentals of the venue, vans, gear, and shipment of all gear/supplies needed for auditions. Hired and supervised up to 50 PAs for each city we held auditions in, I clouding getting them paid and paperwork filled out correctly. Handling and submitting contestant paperwork, audition videos, and/or answering all questions regarding the audition process (which is always extensive). Working directly with the producers on choosing which contestants move forward. And most importantly, stay under budget!

Handle Logistics for our travel team/producers. Handle petty cash, receipts, Pcards. HIre and supervise 50-60 local PAs for each city we hold auditions in. Logistics that involve all things transportation while on he road/in the field. Handle vendors, clients and local staff. Have fun!
