Managed a team of 20+ field PAs, organized transpo, catering, crafty, security,crew parking, petty cash, purchase cards, purchase orders, fire safety etc. -working reality, 7 days a week, 12-18 hour shooting days. -Ensure that producers and directors have the necessary materials prior to shooting, editing, call times ,preparation and wrapping. -Distribute paper documents, scripts and communication-systems through the set during the filming process. -Prevents any unauthorized elements on set, or any interference with along the shooting process. -Maintaing a level of discretion dealing with confidential or company's documents or protocol. -Tracks script development and reported progress to the Production Coordinators, Unit production manger, Assistant Directors and Production Supervisor.
