-Reconciling show credit cards and expenses monthly. -Supporting Media Manager responsibilities logging and identifying music used on air for copyright purposes that are communicated and shared with a legal team. -Creating and logging purchase orders. -Assisting with producing script, content, and creation of props for production. -Filling in for absent social media producer using Spredfast to seek and fly content from major social media platforms during live broadcast and actively engaging an audience during interactive segments to sustain an impressionable social media presence on and on air. -Began on the production working closely with the Senior Producer at the initial rehearsal of the show, creating a workflow system utilizing ENPS software presently used by the shows active script assistants.

Acquired the necessary releases in a fast pace environment and assisted the team with runs for any production need.

A shoot for the reunion show of "The Real Housewives of Potomac", I assisted with the administration, organization, and secretarial work. Also worked with the set director to ensure all needs regarding props, talent, and crew were taken care of in an organized, punctual manner.

Worked with a team to coordinate transportation and facilitate gear to and from set.

Filming for the pilot season of TruTVs "Comedy KO" my duties included working closely with the producers assisting with secretarial work as well as ensuring smooth, day-to-day production.

Responsibilities included working closely with camera operators to coordinate transitions between gear and transitioning between lenses. Other duties included accurately labeling media, slating before takes, and setting marks for talent.

"The Grand Chefs" is series of five shoots, covering the Chefs/Owners of stand-out restaurants within the Grand Central Terminal. Working as the key PA, responsibilities began in-house at the production company and extended to location, managing the inventory and purchase orders of equipment, while working close with camera ops to assist with gear/equipment throughout the length of the shoot.
