Act as house sound engineer for all performance spaces; Assist in the maintenance of technical equipment, including rigging and machinery, sound and lighting equipment; Help generate quotes and invoices for all rental events; Hire, schedule, train and oversee technical crew as needed; Assist in budget projections for maintenance options and new equipment; Work closely with other staff members, visiting tour managers and crews, tenants and other clients to plan and execute performances and events with regard to technical needs; Act as technical liaison for events occurring at the Wilson Center when the Production Manager is not present

 Setup, Operate, changeover, secure, strike and care for sound, lighting, projection, video and facilities equipment

Build 7 theatrical shows, load in/load out shows, run back stage fly rail, assisting in changeovers

Built 7 show season, assisted with sound and light hangs/ focus, assisted with rigging, train practicum students, load in and out shows

I set up projectors and wireless microphones for presentations, provided A/V support, worked closely with the Chancellor for special events and award ceremonies, set up and ran lighting for bands and events, set up full touring sound systems for professional bands (Line arrays), mixed on both analog and digital sound boards for local bands, communicated effectively with band managers and event managers for event organization, helped to train new staff members, wrote manuals for use of in house systems, loaded in an out shows

Sole full time carpenter for the 7 shows of the summer season. Part way through the season the Technical Director stepped down, at which point I took over running the scene shop, until the new Technical Director arrived. By the end of the season I had been the master carpenter on seven shows, solely Technical Directed one, oversaw a team of interns, and ran carpentry work calls for actors.
