Jacqueline Vargas

 Assist and provide support to crew, Producers, and Production Managers.  Coordinated and assisted producer with the flow of audience and contestant’s family and friends.  Efficiently tracked any items needed for the progression of production in crafty and/or any department.  Assist and complete any task given to help with production flow.

 Assist and provide support to crew and Producers.  Responsible for facilitating transportation of cast from holding area to set or home.  Monitors cast members in waiting areas and restocks crafty.  Responsible for ensuring cast prepares in wardrobe, hair, and makeup.

 Performs tests on video, audio, closed captioning, and subtitle files.  Performs incoming QC of the client supplied materials (audio, video, subtitles, and graphics) for file production.  Performs emulation QC of several different types of files (linear playback testing of audio, video and subtitles; closed captioning; etc.).  QCs using various playback programs. (VLC, QuickTime, Elecard, etc.)  Executes quality assurance testing of compressed video material.  Implements audible quality assurance testing of encoded audio material.  Completes visual quality assurance testing of subtitle and closed caption files.  Updates data entry into internal production database.
