Responsible for self shooting, directing and editing all Digital content for The Only Way Is Essex. Had ownership of the video content and took the opportunity to explore new ideas for the video content.

Leading a team to cast singers for the new series in 2017. Organized and went on an open mic tour of the country. Pitched singers to Executive Producers and targeted specific acts that would bring variety to the show. Contacted mainstream acts and well known celebrity singers to see if they were interested in auditioning for the show.

Cast potential new female cast members, looking for specific girls for a current male cast member on the show. Working alone, I filmed, edited and pitched any potential girls that would be suitable for the show.

Working in a small team to produce a live show to air straight after ‘The Only Way is Essex’. Shooting content for VT’s to placed within the live show. Coming up with ideas to create live content for the show and briefing cast during the show

Leading a small team to be across finding locations and maintaining a professional relationship with them. Shooting 2nd camera (Sony PMW300) on location. Setting up shoots daily on a quick turn around for the following day. Dealing with the cast everyday to ensure they are aware of the content of what they will be filming.

One of 3 Producers overseeing 8 researchers throughout the entire run of the series. Heading up a team for the mobile van tour, a search across England and Ireland casting talent. Interviewed contestants at various stages, whilst directing a camera crew Wrote schedules & ran the logistics of the audition tour, Judge Tour, Boot Camp and Judges Houses. Solely responsible for organizing one of the overseas judges houses and lead a team to help do so. Main form of communication between the Creative Director (Brian Freedman), Music Team and Production Team during live shows.

- In a team of two - found, interviewed and hired photographers for each of our episodes. Pitched ideas for the catwalk challenge and photo shoot theme in each of our episodes to the Executive Producer. In charge of our own budget for each episode, negotiated with locations, stylist and photographers to make it come within budget. Lived with the girls, main liaison for the locations, stylists/ photographers. Shot the girls diary room cams.
