PBP / Editorial / AMI ~ Responsible for scheduling and coordinating the communications and all aspects of the day-to-day workings of the entire production team. ~ Oversee crew, organizing payments and invoicing, maintaining the purchase order log, making sure paperwork is completed and filed. ~ Interface with the legal department to ensure programming is on brand and follows procedures. ~ Hire crews and scout locations. ~ Coordinate travel and accommodation for talent and crew. ~ Order the production equipment, find props and supplies for shoots. ~ Organize payments and invoicing of talent and crew. ~ Schedule and Book the in-house studio for PBP, editorial and AMI shoots. ~ Prepare, update and distribute shooting schedules, crew / cast lists, scripts and call sheets. ~ Monitor budget and production schedule, controlling expenses to keep shoots within budget. ~ Reach out to key points of contact for upcoming events and conferences to ensure the Creative Producer and production crew has access to cover the event. ~ Contact and coordinate Cybergirls and Playmate Promotions for editorial, marketing shoots or campaigns ~ Organize all things pertaining to talent and invoicing for paid Frisky Friday’s and Tuesday Tease. ~ Responsible for all invoicing related to Playboy.com (marketing and editorial) and The Smoking Jacket. This includes creating invoices for AMI campaigns, prize fulfillment, and pay outs to Playmate Promotions. ~ Complete a financial month end report for editorial, marketing and The Smoking Jacket ~ Provide forecast and month end projections for LA productions ~ Send out a weekly budget update to AMI that covers all active marketing campaigns. This includes closing any completed campaigns and creating projected costs for new/upcoming campaigns. ~ Coordinate Playmate and Cybergirl travel, accommodations and invoicing and for tours and events related to marketing campaigns. ~ “On Site” point of contact during any campaign related tours and/or events.

~ Conduct outreach to obtain and book new talent through a vast array of social networking platforms, face-to-face communication, casting calls, and more. ~ Act as a general liaison between the models, our production teams, our casting team and Playboy magazine ~ Conduct on set interviews of models for video footage and act as their primary point of contact with the production team during the shoot ~Responsible for directing the girls and acting as their personal stylist ~ Develop talent by collecting full submissions from potential models including both stills and video for casting purposes ~ Manage and update internal casting websites via Wordpress, Photo Smash and video embedding software ~ Curate models top photos (non- and pro-photos) to pitch talent to producers ~ Process talent payments ~ Responsible for all travel and general needs of each and every model. Sometimes we have as many as 34 models a month for Playboy.com shoots which include both videos and stills ~ Recruit, book and prep 4 or more models daily for the Playboy Radio/TV Morning Show ~ Ensure each and every model fully understands what a typical shoot day entails from A-Z ~ Maintain database of all talent for future opportunities within the Playboy family, this past year I have worked with over 350 models CREDITS * Conducted over 380 Playboy.com shoots - Each shoot consists of at least 2 sets of stills, 2 video sessions, and an on-set interview for each model (in a 14 month period) * Lead Casting Coordinator/Associate/Associate Casting Director, Playboy TV -"Dream Dates" -"Naughty Dorm Dares" -"Hot American Nights" -"Naughty Amateur Home Videos" -Playboy Promos * Playboy Radio/TV Morning Show
