Managed the main "Countdown" stage from load-in to strike; clearly communicated to stage, audio, lighting, projection, & security crews plan of action; maintained safety standards within weather, time, & policing constraints; preserved schedule to within one second; supervised stage turnovers and artists sets; ushered VIP's into place to conduct countdown; created environment where artists are able to entertain tens of thousands Angelenos; and quietly directed the conclusion of live events.

Managed stages for over 700 productions, supervised crew for load-in, show, & strike, called audio & lighting cues, explained & enforced house regulations, managed stage access for media, prepped and cleaned backstage area, scheduled venue maintenance, directed security personnel, worked as site supervisor for film shoots, delegated stage tasks, created water effects using pre-programmed fountain “shooters,” supported artist’s needs including Al Gore, Mark Walberg, Richie Sambora, Ozomatli, Lizz Wright, Jimmy Smith, Melissa Ethridge, Woody Guthrie & Jon Bon Jovi.

Responsibilities include supervising stages for over 500 productions; delegating tasks to crew of 3-50 people; advancing shows with production’s representatives; scheduling crew specific to production needs; calling lighting, audio, & rail cues as needed; identifying & scheduling theater maintenance, generating & completing paperwork for maintenance, Purchase Orders, job descriptions, and equipment needs; recruiting and interviewing potential employees; training new hires in the standards of professional theater; fulfilling a wide array of artist needs while creating a peaceful & happy performance environment for artists including Nick Jonas, Jennifer Lopez, Lea Michele, Itzak Perlman, Aaron Neville, Matisyahu, Scott Bakula, Tinariwen, Neil Patrick Harris, India Arie.
