This was by far the MOST unique work experience I've had. Under the leadership of Cedric Walker, I worked as a Tour Manager / Administrator and was 100% responsible for Budgeting and Financial Reporting, Payroll, Travel, Hotels & Lodging, Incident Reports/Medical & Workers Compensation, and Payments & Settlement in the field. Each day was completely different from the rest, it was a MUST to have SOLID experience in ALL related fields. It helped me stay ahead of the curve. Eye opening experience. Some of the most talented people on the planet.

I worked as a Tour Manager under award of contract W9133L-17-R-0037 Air National Guard Recruiting and Retention Services - marketing & branding recruitment and retention, in the form of a federal government contract. As the tour manager, I supervised the execution and flow of nationwide events. Essential Functions 1. Arrived to the event approximately 1-2 hours prior to start time 2. Managed set up, execution and breakdown efforts for all elements of the mobile unit. 3. Demonstrated knowledge of ANG client and their products and services 4. Performed as a representative of ANG and the client at all times 5. Interacted with guests, maintained all equipment in a clean and presentable manner, assist guests with the event photo marketing element and other duties as required 6. Stayed with the vehicle and assets at all times during an activations 7. Created event recaps and took event photos 8. I was Responsible for all safety operation, security and maintenance of truck and trailer-including gas, oil changes, washes, equipment maintenance, etc. 9. Showcased the ability to set up, operate and troubleshoot equipment to conduct the event-Including Generators, computers, tablets, sound system, monitors, Interactive displays and other possible on-site challenges 10. Provided daily communication with assigned Regional Manager any issues and opportunities, including but not limited to: safety, onsite execution, logistics, set-up, operations, vehicle and display cleanliness, condition and maintenance and constructive feedback to improve event execution 11. Ensured all hired drivers adhere to all U.S. DOT regulations 12. Coordinated in transit hotels as needed 13. Reported to ANG office in Atlanta GA for training and end of season recap 14. Traveled 100% of the time

I've done Seasons 31, 32, 33, and 34 for this Award Show in Las Vegas, (and scheduled to return for season 35). Once on site I am 100% responsible for layout and infrastructure of all work areas [outside of the main stage]. I am 100% responsible for sourcing and hiring my production assistants and then managing the production office. Overall dealing with HIGH profile talent, ENG crew, GLAM teams, security, truck schedules, load-in and load-out, budget reports, venue space arrangements and the overall daily work flow [outside of the main stage].

This production had MULTIPLE events happening at the same time. Event took place in Atlanta, GA. once on site I was 100% responsible for the Red Carpet show Infrastructure. The director of production created a design, and I was responsible for bringing it to life in 2 ballrooms. I was responsible for sourcing and hiring my production assistants and then managed the field operation and build out. Overall dealing with EXTREMELY HIGH profile talent, ENG crew, GLAM teams, security, truck schedules, load-in and load-out, Shoot schedules, budgeting reports, venue space agreements, and catering. Worth every minute.

LA being our home base, our production office was stationed at the Hollywood Production Center in Glendale, CA. I was 100% responsible for ALL field operations for my Team (A-Team: consisted of PM, Prod Coordinator, and Field Producer). Season 3 was a tour as well, we traveled to a major city every week. Overall I was involved directly with location scouting, pre production, high profile guest talent, comics, multiple crews, security, shoot schedules, production reports, call sheets, damage reports, Venue agreements/contracts, gear, and catering in multiple major cities across the US. Very demanding show, but still fun. You have to have tough skin.

I was responsible for sourcing and hiring the production assistants and then managed the office and some field operation. Overall dealing with HIGH profile talent, multiple crews, security, truck schedules, load-in and load-out, production reports, call sheets, damage reports, and catering for ALL events. This was an EXTREMELY tough event but EXTREMELY rewarding. Loved every minute of it.
