Create sales opportunities, generate new ideas, build relationships and oversee development in current production. Develop and sell ideas to all key networks, sold projects to TLC, A&E, MTV, SyFy, ABC Family, CMT. Write treatments, create pitches. Responsible for shooting, producing, directing, budgeting and managing shoots and edits of sizzles.

Actively took pitches, developed internal show ideas and compiled materials for concepts. Read, logged and evaluated network submissions and maintained network’s programming and development slate. Supported top-level executives. Including Exec VP, Senior VP, VP and Exec Director. Assisted in development, production and internal distribution process for network projects.

Managed high volume desk: facilitated project run-throughs and summits, coordinated high-level meetings, phones, travel, expense accounts, managed calendar. Developed original concepts, wrote treatments and created pitches for networks. Managed intern program; oversaw interviewing, hiring, and managing all interns. Managed the organization and distribution of all reality and syndication support materials.

Developed a new show for the Discovery Channel from concept to show bible submission.

Wrote/created all pitch books and comprehensive treatments. Heavily researched and pitched show ideas. Interviewed show personalities on and off camera, and filmed small sizzle reel segments. Facilitated extensive travel and maintained a large schedule. Served as a liaison between executive producers, our production companies, the agencies, and all networks.
