Developed the programming slate and went through negotiations to launch CLEO TV with a small team of creatives. • Oversee and manage production companies through creative, budgets, schedules and deliverables process • Review and provide script notes for all unscripted and script programming before start of production • Screen and provide notes for rough, fine and lock-cuts of original programming • Liaison between internal departments (Operations, Marketing, PR, AD Sales, Digital, etc.) to circulate information for original programs • Overseeing daily operations and logistics, secure material from external production companies to service the networks internal departments • Work with Legal & Business Affair on Standards and Practices compliance. • Advise and assist Production Management on budgets, schedules, tracking and managing productions • Receive and develop pitches from external content producers to pitch internally to our team for further development

•Create, maintain and distribute accurate records for each individual project, including but not limited to cost reports, budgets and production calendars and schedules •Liaison between Production Management and TV One’s Legal Team for Contract Request, Deliverables and Delivery matters •Provide and manage tracking for movies and series from development to delivery •Ensure accurate maintenance, reporting and forecasting of production’s studio related budgetary status, results and statements on a quarterly basis to senior members or production and programming and finance •Negotiate deals from vendors and 3rd party production companies for the benefit of TV One, LLC
