Responsible for hiring and scheduling PAs. Handled petty cash. In charge of the completion of the build of our sets in a 33,000 sq. ft building. I opened up and closed down the building, created an organized flow of grouping customers, and oversaw any and all problems that may occur.

Drove from set to office and back again to drop off shot tapes.

My duties were closely associated with assisting the Production Manager and Coordinator. I mostly handled obtaining, organizing,and filing all releases. I helped location scout for potential places to film. I also ran errands, collected lunch orders on shoot days, and updated a file of production stills for continuity.

I worked primarily with the production coordinator and manager, filling out POs, organizing and updating start paperworks, setting up accounts with various prop and wardrobe places. I also picked up gear from a few companies, as well as regular duties on set as a production assistant.

I was strongly involved with the pre-production, researching stories and gathering information from outside sources closely related to said stories. I shopped for the clothing and called many prop houses. I was on set as well, helping to make sure scenes would be preset as far as wardrobe and props.

I was involved during the creation and construction of a mansion for this play. I also helped extensively with prop handling and care. I dealt with customers and being on standby, in case of an emergency.

I assisted a friend in creating a short film. I went through his script and shooting list, and made edits and changes, enabling us the best schedule to finish the film in due time.

I primarily handled cast wardrobe and helping gather props from many prop houses. I called cast members nightly to make sure they got their call sheets and to discuss wardrobe with them. I set up a craigslist ad, looking for extras interested in being in our background.

I helped the coordinator and the manager of the production pick up gear and buy expendables for their trip.

Office Production Assistant. I went on runs with media or picking up payroll. I kept the office clean and organized. Helped order crafty for the office. Helped with deliverables.

After the show was wrapped for the season, I took on the responsibility of organizing, labeling, and inventorying the entire cast wardrobe.

Fresh out of high school, I was given an internship at an Ohio media company that did the Ohio Home & Garden show. I learned editing, voice over, lighting, and green screen.
