Secured and managed locations, and obtained all necessary releases. Acted as AD and script supervisor while in field.

One hour TV doc. special focused on the completion of construction of 1 World Trade Center. Managed cost monitor of 200k budget, hired crew, coordinated and assisted on interview shoots with public dignitaries, construction teams, 9/11 first responders. Researched and sourced B-roll and exclusive 9/11 footage, dealt with all in-house and rental gear.

Coordinated and ran multiple audition days to source stand-up/sketch comics. Liaised between talent/agents/managers and executive producers.

Assisted in the production of numerous TV, radio, and web campaign ads. Sourced stock footage/photo, booked graphics/animation crews, and maintained company server of all owned and archived materials. Assisted in deliverables and shipping. Solely responsible for all in-house SD close captioning.

Assisted in the production of short biographical videos for the annual NABOB Communications Awards, including script writing and footage sourcing (internet sourcing and coordinating physical materials from managers, publicists, etc). Worked closely with management teams for Monique, Chaka Kahn, Eric Holder and Soledad O’Brien.

Oversaw all needs of band members including fulfillment of hospitality rider and arrangement of travel to and from set. Acted as liaison between band/band manager and Second AD.

Drafted shoot schedules and cast talent for 12 half-hour episodes of dramatic reenactments. Responsible for 30+ actors while on set—managed call and wrap times; maintained green room; briefed actors on specific story lines; managed script and wardrobe continuity; assisted EPs.
