• Trained as an extras/ background casting assistant for Season 1 “Smash” (NBC) • Deciphered & managed preliminaries, breakdowns, and actor’s scheduling to ensure that all needs of the casting associate and production we’re attended to. • Provided on-set assistance, late night phone calls/meetings and paperwork to meet deadlines of production.

• Aided in making show reels, coordinating client’s schedules, organizing travel arrangements and purchases. • Secretarial duties of appointment making, file keeping, mail franking and sorting, updating supplies, catering for client meetings. Dealt with a wide range of industry professionals both in office, at auditions and showcases.

• Produced devised a performance of “Hansel and Gretel” for children 3+ for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. • Project manager for casting, scheduling, prop/costume handling, press pack & publicity, while managing creative’s & crew during 3 week run & rehearsals.

• Events managed 3 BBC Blast events in London. Acted onsite manager and pre production assistant by developing the tour, marketing plans, artist’s acquisitions, and analysing feedback to evaluate the BBC brand. • Assembled excel scheduling spreadsheets, filing and giving general administrative assistance.
