Worked directly under head of commercial productions. Created initial production budget, hired crew, worked with agency to approved wardrobe, art and talent with the client, managed all vendors and paperwork and was completely responsible for physical and digital wrap books.

Worked with an offsite producer working from NYC and directly with the Lupus Foundation of America. Created initial production budget, managed cash flow, hired crew members, locked locations, managed travel arrangements, and opened / maintained rental accounts. Worked with the cast member from "Pretty Little Liars" and "Agents of Shield."

6/14 – 9/14

Production Coordinator Entertainment

Film (Feature-length) — Nomadic Independence Pictures Details
6/14 – 9/14

Worked temporarily for 3 months our of Bakersfield, CA. Managed the production office along with 4 PA's while the crew traveled around CA, booked vendors, helped hire crew, created sides, managed production schedule, booked travel, corresponded with A-List talent management, worked closely with Production Manager and Production Accountant to stay on budget.

Advertising — Dirty Robber Details
1/14 – 2/14

Produced a book trailer for Dirty Robber LLC. Created budget, hired crew, managed cash flow, and have been seeing the project through post production. Two day shoot in Santa Clarita CA and Bombay Beach CA.

10/13 – 10/13

Production Coordinator Jake Owen

Digital — The Uprising Creative Details
10/13 – 10/13

Followed country singer Jake Owen on tour to film BTS footage. Dealt with all on site paperwork, found vendors, managed locations, and pre-interviewed fans. Actually jumped off stage into the crowd to get a talent release signed.

Production Coordinator

Worked directly along side the producer. Handled all paperwork from deal memos to W2's. Handled cash flow, booked models, worked with talent and director, researched props, hired crew members. Rented and drove all production trucks, vans, and picture vehicles. Also booked all location through Film LA, Ventura Country, Ventura Harbor.
