• Casting Director and on-set Talent Producer for MTV Untitled Talent Competition Series (airing Q4 2016). • Collaborated with Showrunner and Executive Producers on creative direction of episodes. • Produced talent and their performance pieces: song choices, costumes, character, outline of performance, etc. • Produced casting presentation tapes for pitch meetings to executive producers and network executives.

• Collaborate with clients in developing and executing a creative strategy to bridge the gap between traditional and new media, and driving audience engagement. • Identify programming and branding opportunities based on current marketplace trends. • Work with clients on developing multi-platform video content that is talent-driven, programming-driven or brand-driven. • Talent integration: Identify, secure and produce talent including emerging talent, digital stars, tastemakers, “real people”, etc., that best suits clients’ needs.

•Develop and execute a unique multi-platform strategy focused on finding specific characters as well as finding up-and-coming talent (i.e. social media stars, tastemakers, comedians, etc). •Work with agents, publicists and managers in securing talent for upcoming cable network show.

• Head of casting. • Oversee hiring and managing of casting team: APs, Coordinators, Editors. • In charge of presentations during weekly pitch meetings to executive producers and network executives. • Produce and oversee editing of casting tapes for network presentations. • Work with executive producers and story/challenge producers on creative direction of episodes.

•Work with MLB executives and MTV2 executives on the creative strategy for the revamp of the MLB Fan Cave and development of the new MTV2 series. •In charge of bi-weekly presentations to CMO and other key executives at MLB as well as MTV2 executives. •Oversee multi-platform and multi-brand nationwide casting.

•Casting and development of new comedy series, GUY COURT. •Produce on-camera talent interview packages for series. •Supervise delivery process of all casting related materials and deliverables from producers to network. •In charge of presentations during weekly pitch meetings to executive producers. •Responsible for multi-platform nationwide casting and overseeing casting team.
