my responsibilities encompass leading and managing an innovative creative post production team of 65+ reports for Features, Original Series, Shorts, PR Screenings and other network creative needs for linear, streaming, and theatrical release. Act as liaison with internal Studio heads, third party production companies, and vendors during the entire creative process, proactively directing the strategic planning and tactical execution to insure all content is delivered per network specs, on schedule and within budget. Executive Producer of internal content, including, sizzles for the National Geographic Society Board of Directors, Partners Chief of Staff, Disney C-Suite execs, and Disney Parks, Experiences and Products. Hold weekly meetings as I oversee all content in the pipeline for current production and post, working directly across internal Creative, Studios, Engineering, Media Management and Marketing departments to ensure all productions are produced on brand. Work cross-functionally with Disney leadership and outside Vendors to forecast, develop, create and distribute branded content and creative marketing campaigns through a matrixed structure across all Disney Brands and platforms. Strategic collaboration with internal departments - Marketing, Creative, Strategy, Digital, Production and IT to anticipate challenges and develop directives to achieve company and project-specific goals.
