I was responsible for driving artists on and offsite in a 15 passenger van for the duration of the festival.

I had the responsibility of driving a 2013 Lexus around NYC to pick up and drop off artists where they needed to go.

I transported cast and crew into New Jersey for the shoot. While on set, I made sure the cast was comfortable, calling them on set when they were needed. Also, as always, I had to make crafty and coffee runs.

I did a lot of transcribing and maintaining databases for this show. The databases include the exact timecode for the production log, which supplied information for the promotional stills, stock footage, musical cues, and talent/location releases. I also helped with general office duties.

I had to help with the physical set—painting, putting together props and backdrops, etc.—and had to make sure everything was going smoothly throughout the comedian's performances.

Working closely with the line producer, I mainly helped coordinate the extras, talent, and craft services. I also had to help fire watch equipment, block off streets, and make sure everyone signed releases for this web promo.

For this job, I worked closely with the director on the low budget film. I had to work the clapboard, ensure continuity with the script, and do general PA duties, as well.

In this short film, I was the personal assistant to the lead actor, Academy Award Winner Burt Young. I had to make sure he had his sights, knew his lines and where to go, and most importantly, made sure he was happy.
